Please call to make an appointment 561-433-9191, we do not usually take walk-ins as it means people with appointments will have to wait longer. On your initial visit you will meet with a patient counselor who will go over the programs with you and answer any questions you may have. You will also meet with the medical staff that will take your vitals and any measurements needed depending on which weight loss program or hormone replacement program you are interested in. Depending on the program you will have your blood drawn during your initial visit. You will also meet with the doctor to go over your medical history to evaluate your needs and work with you to decide which program is right for you. Once a decision has been made we will give you all the supplies you will need to get started.
If you are starting a weight loss program or doing a hormone replacement consultation you do NOT need to fast before your visit. Please drink plenty of water in case we need to draw you blood.
We will need a picture ID for every patient.
If you are currently taking any medications it would be helpful if you bring a list so the doctor is aware of them before starting you on any program.
